Litchi & Lime creates playful, educational stories and resources designed to support children's learning and development. Our products are intended for use by parents, caregivers, educators and other adults supporting children.
2. Digital products
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, Litchi & Lime products are supplied digitally. No physical product will be shipped unless this is specifically indicated in the product description.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that they have suitable software and devices to access the digital files they purchase.

3. Permitted use
Unless otherwise stated in the product description or accompanying licence, purchased Litchi & Lime digital resources are intended for personal, household, educational or individual classroom use.
Purchasing a product gives you permission to use the resource; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or copyright.
4. What you may not do
Without prior written permission from Litchi & Lime, digital products and resources may not be:
- resold or offered for commercial resale;
- redistributed or shared as digital files with others;

- presented as another person's original work.
Educators may use purchased resources with the children they personally teach or support, unless a product specifies different licensing conditions.
5. Intellectual property
The Litchi & Lime name, branding, characters, stories, illustrations, designs, educational resources and other original content are protected intellectual property belonging to their respective rights holders.
This includes, where applicable, the Litchi and Lime characters, The Little Grove, associated stories, artwork, learning resources and brand elements.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of this intellectual property to the purchaser.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
An order is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed and the digital product has been made available to the customer.
7. Refunds
Because digital products may be accessed or downloaded after purchase, they generally cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.
If you receive an incorrect, incomplete or corrupted file, experience a technical problem, or are unable to access your purchase, please contact us so that we can investigate and assist.
